a local business owner and paralegal from Grover Beach, has put her name in the hat for what is turning out to be a crowded race for clerk-recorder in 2026.

Vanessa Rozo Announces Candidacy For San Luis Obispo County Clerk-Recorder.
Vice president and owner of N-Hance Wood Renewal Inc., Vanessa Rozo, has announced her candidacy for the San Luis Obispo County clerk-recorder June 2, 2026 election.
Third candidate enters the SLO County clerk-recorders race.
Another candidate has entered the race for San Luis Obispo County Clerk-Recorder, which is now a three person race.
Grover Beach resident Vanessa Rozo and her husband run a wood refinishing Company –
N-Hance Wood Refinishing of the Central Coast. She also works as a paralegal and with FEMA regarding disaster relief.
